p. 129: betwen equations 5.54,55, index mu should be upstairs, not downstairs.
p. 180: 7.31, p should be a 3-vector, not a scalar.
p. 180: 7.33, left side, p^0 should be p_0.
p. 206: 9.21, Axx should be A_xx.
p. 230: 9.88, second line, missing factor m.
p. 231: text over 9.91, reference should be (9.84)-(9.86) and not (9.85)-(9.86).
