All my email is run through a few spam filters and anti-virus software. This means that a lot of email is automatically deleted without any human interaction. Unfortunately, some email that should not be deleted will inevitably be lost. If you feel neglected, please contact me by other means that email (fax, telephone, surface/air mail).
