A CCFM generator?

Points to be addressed are

• The feasibility of building a backward evolution Event generator directly based on the CCFM equation.
• if this is not possible, then what kind of observables can be reliably studied?
• A mechanism already exists for generating 1-particle-inclusive distributions. Maybe this should be interfaced to HzTool?
• The question of the extent to which one can (theoretically or otherwise) constrain the underlying physics that is being used, given the large uncertainties that arise due to NLL corrections.
