    Present Projects

    Gene expression analyses of breast cancer tumours and leukemic diseases using microarrays.
    Dynamical modeling of cell cycle check point decisions in stem cells and cancer stem cells.

    Catmap, a software for annotation enrichment analyses.


    Teaching

    Participates as lecturer and has developed computer excercises in Systems Biology [BNF079]
