The course Applied Complex Analysis, 7.5 hp is a self-study course given at the Department of Astronomy and Theoretical Physics, Lund University. The course is mainly based on the book David A. Wunsch, Complex Variables with Applications (3rd Edition). Wunsch's book is complemented by chap. 8 in G.B. Folland, Fourier Analysis and its Applications (this chapter deals with Laplace transforms), chapter 8 from L. Debnath and D. Bhatta, Integral Transforms and their Applications (this chapter is on Mellin-transforms), as well as B. Hughes, Random Walks and Random Environments, vol. 1 (Appendix A, Mellin-transforms and asymptotic expansions).
